Join Christina & Paul of Shanti Sound Healing at Spa Montage Kapalua Bay from 4:30pm to 6pm. This unique meditation uses sacred metal Tibetan singing bowls created by Nepalese artisans and infused with blessings by Himalayan Monks to sweep you away on a transcendent sound journey. In addition, crystal quartz singing bowls (tuned to the vibration of the universe), chimes, drums, gongs, and more will be used. Each instrument played is immersed with loving intention to gently transition participants from their normal waking state to a highly relaxed state of consciousness. During our instrumental sound bath, participants dress comfortably to lay on a provided yoga mat. Guests are encouraged to bring pillows and blankets.
